HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSE!! Today is Jose's 29 birthday. He's been out celebrating by playing a round of golf today and another round tomorrow. This is the special birthday cake I made for him. It's a three layer, double chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, topped with his favorite treats - pecans and ferrero rocher candies. I hope it tastes good, it's a new recipe and a LOT of cake. Enjoy honey!!

Okay, I just tried your cake. I thought it was really good! The icing was very soft. Tim agreed with you and Jose, but I was a big fan.
Yes, I fully admit the cake was terrible. I'm so glad somebody liked it!!!! Never using that recipe again. It was a 10 in execution, but what a DARK and Rich cake. Thank you for humoring us!
well, it looks great! i'm scared. i've got major competition. i better come up with some fancy new recipes.
